I am a painter. I paint anything and everything, but mostly houses. I just finished a two story center hall colonial in Easten and it came out great. I believe I am an artist in my own right. But what bothers me is the lack of respect I get. Just because I wear overalls and am covered with paint from head to toe, I'm treated like dirt.I'm an artist, dammit. But the question I have is this; if I were to get a bid to do a job under the table, when would the guy pay me? Is there any breakfast involved? I'm at a loss. I don't know what to do. My ankles ache from the ladder, and I have a head cold. I just don't know.

At last a page devoted to the Springs family. I can't say I've ever met Hot, but he (or she) would be welcomed in my home any time! With a name like Hot, well who wouldn't want to meet them! To get to my point briefly, I didn't see anything about the heritage of the Springs family. Where did we originate? They say way back when, people used to take their surnames from their professions or attributes. Could it be we were a bouncy people and thus named Springs? I'd really like to know. Your pictures are stunning and I would like to know how I could maybe submit some of my own shots of other Springs family members that I have. I have many from the Springs family convention last year in D.C. Some of them even made it into Springs magazine, our family publication. Please let me know how to contribute!

Well well well. What a disgrace it is to find oneself in between two totally different examples of portal emanation. You should be proud of how you've manuvered yourself into the thicker part of the sage. How did you do it without carrying a full load? When we last met you were still struggling with your first balloon jungle. How did that turn out? Any plans for more? Dear Sirs: I am a graduate student in Salt Lake City, Utah. This summer I travelled to Ukraine and was astounded by the beauty of pastels of Alexiv Lirner. (I realize that you must hear of the works of wonderful artists each day). To make long story short, upon my return, I transported 5 of his works back to Salt Lake City. I took them into the largest, oldest, most respected gallery in Utah and as soon as the owner saw Alexiv's works, he agreed to display. Within 2 months, all of the Alexiv's works sold. I have read Carole Katchen's book of the 20 finest pastel artists in the U.S. and would like to send her photos of Alexiv's work. Can you help me with her address? Through the Lycos Internet searcher I found an address: Carole Katchen 1426 Armacost Ave. West Los Angeles, CA 90025-2222 but I do not know if this is correct. The reason I ask is because Alexiv and I are now shipping 7 of his finest works to Salt Lake City, and I would like to show photos of these to Carole. I think that when she sees, she might allow me to show the originals to her when they arrive. Alexiv works in a pastel technique that he claims not another person in the world has used.
